Welcome to H.I.T. Club Fitness! My name’s Steph. I’m a personal trainer and professional fitness copywriter. I’m also the founder of H.I.T. Club Fitness – High Intensity Training for Every Body. It’s safe to say I’m borderline obsessed with any and all athletic pursuits. I’ve tried my hand at pretty much every competitive sport but until about five years ago, my workouts were typically long, endurance-focused endeavors.
Then I developed a foot condition – Morton’s Neuroma – that forced me to change my training style from long distance running to short, high intensity workouts. I had no idea that change would help me get in the best shape of my life. The transformation I experienced with high intensity training (H.I.T.) was fast and dramatic. I now do H.I.T. five days a week - it’s fun, it’s always varied, and it keeps me fit.
H.I.T. is like nothing else for building muscle, losing fat, looking lean, and feeling incredible.
My passion for fitness and high intensity training led me to create H.I.T. Club Fitness – a personal training company dedicated to helping people get in the best shape of their lives using H.I.T.
