It’s a grey, rainy Monday out in my parts today – for most of us, this kind of weather means low energy levels and hibernating indoors. But it doesn’t have to be this way! If it’s raining in your area too, PUSH yourself to get to the gym this aft or evening to not only rev up your metabolism but also brighten your spirits (if it’s sunny where you are, lucky you!).
Here’s a great high intensity workout for a Monday:
*5 min jogging warm up
400m sprint; 400m slow recovery jog
200m sprint; 200m slow recovery jog
100m sprint; 100m slow recovery jog
20 kettlebell swings; 20 push ups or dips
REPEAT 3x THROUGH.
*Cool down and stretch
Push yourself hard today to set the tone for the rest of this week!
