To all you Canadians out there, Happy Thanksgiving! I hope everyone’s having a healthy, safe weekend. After a couple great family meals Saturday and Sunday, my sister Danielle her husband Jeff dropped by my place to work off the turkey. We headed to a nearby park with our training gear and our TCB (takin’ care of business!) attitudes and had a great training session. It also didn’t hurt that the weather was incredible.
Training at a park is a fantastic way to switch things up. The jungle gym actually makes for great training equipment and, luckily for us, there weren’t any kids around so we had the place to ourselves. Here’s the workout we did, and some pics to document our ambitious, fun Thanksgiving workout.
6 rounds of:
15 push ups
12 pull ups
12 static jump lunges
12 dips
12 burpees
