A huge Globo gym full of complex exercise equipment does not a great workout make. Some of the most intense training sessions can happen with minimal to no equipment at all.
For example, here are 10 awesome exercises you can do with a simple medicine ball. Choose a few and combine them in rounds, or do them one after another in a tabata workout.* If you’re not a hurtin’ unit after that, you’re not working hard enough.
*Tabata = 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, performed 8 times through.
