Your Cardio-Intensive H.I.T. Workout Challenge

Up for a challenge this weekend? Grab a training partner and get your hearts pumping with this cardio-intensive H.I.T. workout. Don’t forget to stretch out afterwards – you’ll need it.

3, 2, 1… GO!

700m run
30 Pull ups (Jumping or assisted is okay)
30 Handstand push ups (Feet or knees elevated on box instead is okay)
30 Front squats (60lb women; 95lb men)
30 Knees to elbows
30 Front squats
30 Handstand push ups
30 Pull ups
700m run

I had so much fun doing this workout in my garage gym I thought I’d post a few snapshots and a video.

Bottom half of a kipping pull up in today’s workout.

Kipping ring pull ups – OUCH!

My scaled version of a handstand push up – elevated on a bench from the knees to create a vertical angle.

Knees to elbows on the rings.

Train hard,

Steph
